Peter Parker was a normal high school student at Midtown High School who lived with his Aunt May and Uncle Ben. When he was visiting a science exhibit, he was bitten by a radioactive spider. It gave him special abilities and spider-like qualities.

Harry Osborn
Harry was one of Peter's best friends; they went to school together. His father was Norman Osborn, one of Siderman's enemies. Harry eventually turned into the Green Goblin.

Mary Jane was a close friend of Peter's. She was the girl next door who eventually became his wife after the death of Gwen.

Its full name is The Venom Symbiote. It was a alien that infected Spiderman, but he got rid of it. When he did, it attached itself to Eddie Brock and tried to kill Spiderman.

Norman Osborn
He was Harry's father, and the first Green Goblin. He targeted Spiderman to establish a reputation. Spiderman ends up killing him.
